Even after 3 month it will not be processed.

I am ex employee of HCL and was covered under Vidal Health Insurance. I have raised a claim for my ICL eye surgery high refractive amounting around 1 lakh 60 thousand rupee. At very first time I received pre authorization of around 80 thousand rupee. My surgery was bit delayed as we were waiting for my eye lenses to be delivered. First of all I would like to ask if you are providing our money or from your organisation as a charity!!! If we call customer service they say their system is hung and they will call back in 2 mins but never call! You are taking too much time to process my claim! This is a worst experience...

I have claimed maternity reimbursement bill for rs65, 835 but only 34000 was approved. When I checked with team they said 40000 only as per our policy. Everything they said like exceed maternity limit ex: dressing charges for 5days 500rs also exceed maternity limit...

I submitted all my claim document to Vidal Health Insurance. There is no response as of now. Claim No. MUM-0621-CL-0001757.

I have a genuine case and have raised re-imursement request from vidal health. Firstly they asked some documents as shortfall, after submitting them again they said to send invoice originals which I had already sent..yet I took again prints from hospital and sent them..and again third time they said shortfall of bank cancelled cheque, ecs form etc..after producing them again they mailed as shortfall and mentioned documents which has already...

The medical which was submitted for covid 19 amounts to nearly 8 lakhs but reimbursed only 2.83 lakhs..inthat pharmacy bills plasma bills and lab investigation bills were not reimbursed.Customer care is not responding in spite of so many calls to vidal health

Vidal health insurance company is a big fraud. I have paid my medical insurance every year through my organization. When the time to claim a request. They didn’t process it. After a year they are saying they have closed the request without informing me prior.
Vidal health insurance and oriental health insurance both are frauds. Don’t buy any policies from them.

I did not got the total amount (66514) which i have claimed with all the bills. But i received only 54489.
And when i called the customer service team they said they didn't find all the bills. So i am sending all the bills and other documents again.

I also mentioned my claim number as well. All the scanned documents i have uploaded in this complaient.

My son was admitted to hospital from 14th july to 22nd july in vijashree hospital jigani bangalore.
I was submitted all the original bills and reports to vidal with claim amount as 37, 000/- but approved is 16758/-rs.
Yagdeep (Yagdeep. [protected]@vidalhealthtpa.com) and rajeev (Rajeev. [protected]@vidalhealthtpa.com) they are not verified the documents correctly, simply they are asking detailed break up required from hospital....

Even if all documents are send perfectly and are original from the hospital
they ask for original documents and this has happen second time
at the end they close the clam stating that we haven't received the required document after that claim is closed.

there is no proper coordination between the customer care and the back hand.

Claim got approved in Aug, 2016. Since then I was asking them to refund in my account for so many times thorugh mails and calls. But If I ask them by mail even I didn't get any response from them. If I call to customer care they were telling to me send a mail to BLRCS for faster response which I sent already for so many times. Even I sent mails to care and grievency for so many times but no response from them. I have different ticket numbers Ticket#[protected], Ticket#[protected] and many which i didn't noted down.

We are a group of employees working in Syndicate bank and have affiliation with Vidal Health Insurance. But the Vidal Insurance are unnecessarily delaying our policy claims and they are not even picking our calls. They seem to be a group of fraud people only for stealing the common man's hard earned money.

Following points are noteworthy,

1. All of our employees are unhappy with their lackadaisical approach against each claim.
2. No Communication from Vidal even after submitting all the documents asked for.
3. Explaining poor excuses so as to delay/deny the claims submitted by the organization.

Please investigate this matter and take necessary action against this company.
