There are very poor signal service in my area so i complained[protected] on 16.0.19. Their technician visit and told "poor signal issue dishantena have to relocate but i have not driil machine now so come next day". On 26.06.19 my d2h account shown insufficient balance. I called their toll free no.[protected]. On 9:32 and informed about problem. They said that my d2h account is debited by rs.200 for technician visit charge. I said that technician was not provided their service and promise to visit again. How can you close my complaint and debit my account without my intimation. I want my 200/-in my account. They assure me and send a message on 09:41am with complaint no.[protected] and my issue will resolve till wednesday june 26, 2019.06:00pm. I called again on 01:23pm and1:29 pm and confirmed about refund. After waiting till 08:00pm when my account was not refunded then i called them agin on 07:51pm and 0759pm but their representative told me to talk with supervisor and disconnect the call.
