Videcon d2h — forcing to take free 100 hundred channels | |||
Videocon d2h is forcing customers to take free channels for first 100 channels violating the rules of trai. It has been a month and nothing has been done neither on part of videocon d2h nor trai. What is this f^ng matter with all of you. Customer care executive do not respond to our calls. Feeling hopeless. That's why india do not make progress. Screenshot attached below. Pack meine nahi select kiya phir bhi operator ne chalu kar diya our jab maine chaha ki me select kru to nhi ho raha, phone lagta nhi or lagne ke bad bolte he sarve down hai, changal band hai or paise kam ho rhe hai, preshan ho kuch kijiye please sir...

Trying to rechage it from morning but they have server issue this not first time i haved faced this issue many time more over call centre people they pick the call and kept on hold for long time and they disconect it i have lost my balace
