Video Con d2h — Set of box refund | |||
I am Mr.Salim G Merchant from Bhavnagar (Gujarat) having a connection of Videocon D2H with Cust ID :[protected]. I had a problem with my set-top box. So, I complained. The person from company came & told that the set-top box should be changed & our person agreed. Actually We wanted high definition set-top box with FM remote, but he put a simple set-top box. We request them to change the box. But, now they are saying that we will not get the charge of simple set-top box. The amount of that box is 425/-. So, Kindly help us to solve this. Thnks & Regrds.
