Dear Sir/Madam I am veera bhadra swamy, I stay in visakhapatnam few months back i taken videocon d2h, But i am not sanctification. So I complaint no of time remove my DTH connection, every time costumer care take complaint will remove one week like that, after one week aging call to costumer care guys saying problem resolved. thats why close the complaint like that. No boady calling not resolved my problem just one ex., 4 Jan i give the complaint come one message like: complaint number[protected] and before 11th jan and will get resolved tillJan11. today i called costumer care saying like same old store.
