Subscriber id: [protected] I had raised a complaint[protected] on june 28th to enquire about channels which were not coming. And raised request for cancellation assuming complete refund for the settop box and the amount already paid for three months subscription I received a call from some lady and she was so arrogant and was not willing to listen and without my confirmation she has disconnected the connection. is this the kind of service you provide to your customers? I'm extremely disappointed and would need an update on the action taken against this customer service person? I would like to know how the connection was disconnected with my agreement?
