I am regular customer of Videocon D2h service. I have major problem about recharge package offer which is declared by Videocon D2h But not give to customer.
As per your recharge offer if any customer who recharge 7 days before subscription expiry date then he will get Rs.15 in own account.( Recharge 7 days before subscription expiry date and get credit of Rs 15 in your account)
I have recharge my D2h customer ID 25152091 by amt. Rs 250/- then I have get 250 + 7.5 (3 % extra credit on online recharge via videocond2h.com through Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking will be updated in the account within 1 working day.)
This recharge is before 07days before subscription expiry date which is on 16.11.14 as per your rule But Rs.15 is not credited in my account.
Every month I have facing this problem. Every time I have register my complaint to customer care then this amounts will credited.But now complaint no[protected] will resolve before 07/02/2015 ! can I wait three month for Rs.15 as per your offer.
I have surprised that your customer care people have zero knowledge about package offers. Then how will thy help customer ?
Today I have spending more than half hour for talking with customer care & 10 minuets for this mail. If Videocon D2h is not completing above offers given on company website,
Then My Question For Videocon D2h is .
1) If company is given officer to customer as per company website then why not implement accordingly in mean time.It is against cousumer forum law.
2) If customer care person have zero knowledge about company offer then how they can help & solve customer problem.
