Videocon D2H — account activation issue after successful payment

Dear Sir,
This has reference to activation pending after recharging for three month long recharge option. As per instruction of d2h customer care officer I had kept set top box ON for 30 min but problem was not resolved. I had contacted customer care number[protected] and[protected] almost 25 time but It give same msg that "All our representatives are busy ...". I had tried all other given number on site but either it will automatically disconnected or Not connected. Current situation is that I had paid amount on 19.03.19 but account is not activated and amount is deducted on per day basis. I had tried a lot via email also but there is NO positive repose
Kindly help to resolve the issue or instruct them to refund the money as earliest.
