Videocon D2H — account disconnected | |||||
Dear Sir, I am a videocon d2h customer since 4 years having customer ID no.[protected].I am having a severe issue with videocon d2h. On 8th of February I have paid an amount of Rs.404/- as a recharge amount of my Diamond Combo Pack. After recharge my total available balance was Rs.510/-. After that recharge I am unable to watch any of the channels on my d2h and it is showing me that I have not subscribed that channel. And my balance is got decreased day by day. And today it is showing me a message that my account is disconnected because of insufficient balance while I have recharged it with a amount of Rs 404 just five days ago.
