Videocon D2H — After balance left in a/c without intimation disconnect the cable connection. | |||
I am a regular customer of videocon D2h since last 5 years and above . My consumer No is 51028635 in the name of Shagir Siddique. 15 days beforeI complaint to toll free no. [protected] that I have not seen picture clear, according to the same Vd2h co. has send his executive to clear the problem and same was done by the executive and ask for the service charges Rs. 150/- for the same. Iask for new remote purchase which Iwant to pay the necessary charges. He told me 225/- extra for the same. I give him Rs 1000/- because I dont have the change, he replied that I will give you change back shortly. After long time he could not came back and that time I dont save his cell no also. Yesterday 28/10/2015 in a day time without any intimation Videocon D2h disconect the line and then send me a msg, that time also I have Rs. 150/- balance in my account. When I complained to toll free no [protected] so may times yesterday and today also, they giving assurance will start as early as possible your complaint has been taken. But till the date 30/10/2015 no response is recived. I ask to give me a no of executive who has visited my home, in reply VD2H executive that doesnt have his or address. How it ispossible that Co. does not know the Dealers address or phone no. OR he was support to not givingus. Now who will my balance amount which 625/- plus 150/- balance in a/c.
