Videocon D2H — After monthly recharge unable to see the subscribe some channel

I have using vediocon D2h cable network to watch the TV.
I have paid the monthly subscription of Rs284/- on 12/10/2020 but on 18/10/2020 suddenly tv off and Chanel is showing C04 Error insufficient balance or you have not subscribed for the channel. I immediately called to customer care number and informed about this. Customer care madam ask me few questions like put TV channel on 149 number and see channel is visible I said yes I can see DD National channel on 149 then she replied keep your TV on for 10 mins. I keep my TV on for 10 mins but still problem is not solved.
Again I called but same above instructions but still not able to watch the channel.
On 19/10/2020 again I called to customer care this time also same reply but still problem is not solved.
On 20/10/2020 again called to customer care but same reply, but mam told me to lodge the complaint and our engineer will visit for that I have to pay his charges, this is rediculous...why I have to bear the charged when I have no fault.
