[Resolved] Videocon D2H — against videocon d2h service | |||
Dear sir/mam My self ravi kant gupta I have take 1year videocon d2h plan in august vide paying 15000rupees, in which i get all the channels hd and non hd for 13th month in all three tvs, in which they gave me one month extra plan, and in said plan there are three connection are activate.in said plan they also gave me one year free service at home Now my concern is that on 1st april 2019, 6th month of my plan your service provider alter my plan without any intimation or my knowledge. And they deactivate so many channels in all three connection After that several time i tried To contact your service provider vide telephone, officially, regarding my grivience but none of you concern person resolved my grivience. In the last i request you to continue my previous plan as soon as possible otherwise i 'll take legal action against you deficiency in service.
