Videocon d2h — amount deducted from my account but not recharged.

I have recharged from my Bank account for Cust.I'd.[protected] on 13/6/2018 at9.45am.for Rs.475/- having transaction I'd.-[protected].it was debited from my account but was not charged. Kindly correct it.such things should not happen in near future. Waiting your replay.I have tried your customer care no.but of no use.I should get service as Early as possible.
