[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — amount deduction and pack changes without customer consent

On 6 Nov 18, we upgraded our HD box by recharging my ACC with Rs 999 in which 750 was for set up box and 250 was for HD add on. After inquiry with customer care about the pack for HD, we activated our HD pack of Rs 80 which would remained activated for 3 months(80*3=250) after 3 months I would required to recharge my account with base price + HD add on i.e 300+80.
As told on 6 December 18 I recharged my account with 300 so that my account balance gets recharged which didn't happen when I called customer care they told that we have deducted balance because earlier they didn't deduct balance from Rs 999 and and they changed my pack to Rs 885 without consent and because my balance was negative so they adjusted my 300 there .
After being calling on daily basis they daily raise different complain and comes out with no solution.

Infact they told me to restore all financial loss incurred after auditing my call in which they accepted their technical fault and gave me time till 9 Dec 18 and still no resolution has come
