[Resolved] Videocon D2H — bad service of videocon d2h

Dear sir
I have a connection of videocon d2h, the set up box has hanged from 25th of september, 2019, i call to customer care and book a complain, they told it should be resolved till 26th of september but till now 4.10.19 it is not resolved by the service provider.

Videocon d2h is a waste service provider as i ever seen. I have given 0 rating, please don't buy videocon d2h.

For trri what should i do? Please resolve the issue and close the videocon d2h.
