[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Balance deduction without providing service | |||
Am a loyal customer of Videocon D2H earlier. Took a break and now recharged to resume services on my 32 Inch - LCD ( In build Setup box). Recharged with amount for 3 months - so that I can get 4 days of service free. Payment was done on Oct 3rd - 4 days before - I write this email. Till now no service was provided. Issue 1 : Why should I pay for past 4 days, even if I am unable to use service and complaint is still open. Issue 2 : Till now I called customer care for around 20 times on STD Call and about 2hr of talk to CSR/ Supervisor - requesting for service and giving introduction about problem, every time on my money/time/headache to call them. Issue 3: You are even charging for service request complaint ( Rs.[protected] still not providing service. They claim they will provide service within 24 hours - up to 3 months. Sorry to say this - but you left me hopeless. 1) Work order No: 27191039 2) Complaint 1 :[protected] 3) Complaint 2 :[protected] All of the above are for same resolution - which is not provided.
