[Resolved] Videocon D2H — balance issue on videocon d2h | |||||
CustomerID: 89065136 As per your website my balance is showing 729.57 and validity is till July, whereas my TV is showing balance as 11 and validity is 8 April 2019 which is over and TV is not working. I called to customer care which is not useful, i think customer care people not at all responding and they have short of knowledge, whenever i called they do not know anything other than refresh account. I asked customer care people to connect to senior member, neither they are connecting to seniors nor they are resolving my issue. i called several times to customer care(almost more than 30 times) but no use. getting frustrated with Videocon d2h. Even I asked them to reslove my issue else refund my money which i had recharged. this issue is happening only when recharging from thier website(d2h.com). Was this information helpful? | |||||
