Dear Sir, My Videocon D2H customer id is[protected]. I have activated Super Gold plan + Kids and my billing cycle is 24th of every month. 1. I have received call / message from D2H (before 20th) regarding recharge and increased Billing amount Rs.220 To 331 without previous call. 2. Today’s called customer care Mr. Rahul (5:15 PM) but he not resolved my Query. 3. I have already requested Deactivated Kids plan (additional) throw call on June -14 but still not activated. Please don’t change my Billing cycle (24TH TO 20TH) and increased billing amount will be applicable from 24th July 2014. Thanks ! Was this information helpful? | |||
