Videocon D2H — blocked my setup box | |||
They just blocked my set top box without any reason and without telling me and now when i am trying to reactive it their customer care service ask me to call again 1-2 hours or sometime ask to call next day. Reason given to call again that technical issue is going on. This all is going from last 8 days. And from today 22 february they just stop picking up my calls. Morning i called them they ask to call after 2 hours as usual, so i called the after 2 hours but they stop picking up my calls. Several times i mail them but there also they ask to call customer care number. This is the worst customer care service i ever had with any company. This is the way videocon d2h deals with their customer problems. Was this information helpful? | |||
