Videocon d2h Cable Network Provider — after payment of subscription amount even free channels are not able to be viewed

Im dr. Deepthi i have payed full recharging amount of rs 350. Still the free news are not activated. My customer id no:84654291. I have followed up this matter with the customer care, but unfortunately, the problem was not solved.

Kindly help me in getting the problem solved. I have recently updated my account on[protected].
