I m having videocon d2h connection, from 1st feb our cable tv is disconnected and we are unable to recharge as per trai rule.
There is no communication number to contact our d2h operator. No other number is working.
Also as per trai rule our bill is also increasing instead of decreasing. As per new rule there should be options to select either operators previous package or as per trai tariff.
By these rule the operators can mislead the consumers. It is now more confusing. Please make the procedure simple and convenient. Was this information helpful? |
