My customer ID of VD2H is[protected], from last one week I am unable to change plan in my VD2h online account and even tried to contact customer care and nodal officer but they are not responding to my request.so can you take any action regarding this issue.
when ever I call to customer care they keep my call on hold and once they attend even though they listen my voice simply telling please attend the call sir are else we will disconnect your call for not answering like that they tell and they disconnect the call. Was this information helpful? |
