[Resolved] Videocon D2H — channel list change in activated package | |||
I opted for package by channel in last month from videocon d2h, but after few days when open, it gave an error and asked me to contact customer care. I called customer care, they told me, the channel list is changed, when i asked to change my package, they told me additional addon rs 60/month needs to be added with this package, otherwise current package would not be changed. Even they are changing the amount of a single channel in blocking period. For ex: i activate a channel rs 23 per month and they block this channel for 3 months (Mean i can not change this channel for 3 month), after that they change the amount for that channel rs 48/month. When i called customer care, they told me it is company policy, company can do any changes in any time. Lastly i asked them to surrender this connection, devices and return me the amount for devices, they told devices can not be returned as per company rules and you can leave this connection.
