Videocon D2H — channel problems after recharge

I recharge my videocon d2h account for 1month and they stop providing channel service with in 15 days. I complaint about this in d2h coustmer care and talk with their executive but they don't give a satisfactory response. Now i am trying to call them but they put my call in waiting option. I try a lot to talk with their executive or seniors but they didn't give any response.
