[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — channels are not active after selection and payment customer id :[protected] hyderabad

I have selected my own pack and recharged the account with rs.965 but i am still not able to get the channels. I have drooped emails to d2h customercare but no response from them. All their customer care and 24/7 toll free numbers does not connect at all. Tried to download to their application to raise a complaint but the app does not have my account details updated.

Not activating the channels even after the recharge is the worst experience with vediocon d2h. They do not provide proper service and their customer care service is far more worst
