[Resolved] Videocon D2H — charges are high and not providing help regarding the channel selection | |||
As i'm d2h user of videocon d2h service having consumer no.[protected] as for last two days all the channels of my d2h has been put off when i contacted the customer care they ask me to select the channel through their respective website but in vein i am unable to login on their website so i ask them regarding my this problem but they tell me they can't take my request for my channel selection on their customer care helpline. And their is one more issue the charges for the pack for which i previously paid rupees 300 per month by this new tariff it charge me near about 376 per month as it increase burden on my pocket for same channel which i use to watch on my previous gold package Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Company has not taken any help to resolve my problem they are just fooling the consumer complaints site regarding there solved the complaint raised by me Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
