[Resolved] Videocon D2H — charges for visit | |||
My consumer id is[protected]. Have been facing with issues. Not getting signal since 10 days and the customer care is not ready to accept issues at their end. The engineer came in n did a lil settings n it started working and charged 200/-. They intensionally keep the signals week before rains so that they can earn income. We so not have any thing to prove them wrong. It's all technology they play with. There are no settings on the remote or tv which we can tamper as it's password protected. I want my money back.
