Videocon D2H — charges taken by agent for crediting the account and then deducted from account after one week

Sir, on our request, our set top box had been changed by your agent and your agent charged Rs.399 for set top box and Rs. 300 for 3 reasons as told by the agent: 1. The services would not get affected for next 24 hours. 2. The same Rs.300 would get credited in our account. 3. The same would be treated as warranty without affecting our account balance. The same Rs.300 had been credited in our account on the same day but After around 1 week, on 3 April, 2015, your company has deducted Rs.300 as warranty charges, for set top box, from our account.
