Videocon D2H — Charging for my inactive additional connection for more than 2 years | |||
I had 3 connections of Videocon D2H. I shifted my house and was able to install only 2 TV's. Hence i disconnected the third connection. Further my second connection displayed only few channels like POGO, CN, ABP News and Very few other channels. My package is suppose to show all the channels but due to their issue i was not able to view all. When i complained they use to refresh and it will work fine for 1 day and then again same issue. This happened many times. Further their customer care person changed the antenna and then again the same issue and now it is more than 2 months i cannot see any channel in it. Since it is my second connection i.e room connection i dont care much abt it but still my money is wasted. Kindly refund my charges of 150 * 27 months = 4050 rs.
