Videocon D2H — charging not as per notification

I subrahmania ayer r is having a videocon d2h tv connection for the last 7-8 years or more. I was enjoying the package called south silver malayalam and charges were less than rs.200 to rs.250 per month. I used to remit bulk payment for one year, every year. Now since last 5-6 months it seems they are charging more, very high rate of rs.436/- per month. I asked for clarification over phone and e-mail, but no reply. Arbitrarily they have now deleted certain channels like ktv tamil, aditya etc. I therefore request you to help me get a proper reply from videocon d2h. My customer id is 76333458. I want a statement of account of debits and credits in my account with them. So also reason for change of monthly rentals to very high amount without my consent. Also reintroduction of all channels which were enjoyed by me prior to their change in monthly tariff. Now i want only basic rental payment as prescribed by trai. If i want add on channels i will do it afterwards. I am unable to understand their silence to my corresponence/complaints.
