Videocon D2H — cheating on mera wala plan

Sir i have selected my channels under mera wala plan and recharged my account for 300 rupee's but the choosen channels not showing this all done 4 day
S back
4 days before i have given my selected channels for the mera wala plan and recharged my account but don't know why there are doing this to me they are *
I want my channel anyway this is wrong if the problem not short out i will lodge fir against videocon d2h company they are fooling us. From last six days i am trying
To contact customer service but they are diverting call

a few channels like STAR BHARAT, STAR UTSAV, AAJ TAK, ZEE NEWS have been deactivated although it was selected, registered & even enjoyed by me till yesterday. I have tried to customer care in this number [protected] severally since yesterday i.e. 04.03.2019 but no response. Please arrange to solve my problems at the earliest possible and let me know the reason through SMS (My RTN [protected])
