Hi,
I had relocated Videocon D2H 2 months back, but the dish was not installed properly, which I came to know now when signal started losing...
5 days back I did complaint to customer care and they had send an engineer which told me that your dish is not installed properly. He temporarily started it and now again it has started showing message that signals are not available... I again called to customer care and complaint about it, but they said that you will be charged 300 rupees again, in spite of their fault of not installing the dish properly... why should I pay again for their poor quality service...
