Videocon D2H — complaint not attempted

I have Videocon D2H HD set top box. But from last one month it is not working. I have booked many complaints through mail/phone. They have reset and reconnect my account but problem is same. They says within 48 hrs. Problem will be solved but till now problem is not solved.
Kindly do needful to solve my problem.
I am also agree to pay fees and spare part cost even then nobody is coming to see my problem.
