I have been making multiple complaints and following up with multiple people for solving the issue of only sony and star channels not visible on both my connections but no one is taking this seriously.
Hence i am compelled to escalate this matter through social media for public awareness of how you turn deaf ear to customers complaints.
The escalation managers every time gibe 8 hours resolution guarantee which is never fulfilled. Moreover they don’t even revert.
Since 3 weeks, following up with d2h technicians and customer care is a part of my routine as if its a part of my job.
Also, i would like to get my money back for these 3 weeks as we are not able to watch any channels we want to (That is star and sony)
More over when we request cancellation we are informed there is no cancellation policy hence they cant cancel. They suggest us to stop watching tv if we want to cancel.
