[Resolved] Videocon d2h Complaint — poor service

Hi,

My d2h id is[protected] and it's showing as signal not available. I called up the customer care who didn"t even bothered to help me and disconnected the call on my face while i was trying to explain the issue. I am really fed up with their service. I need someone from the higher authority to look into this and resolve the issue.
