[Resolved] Videocon d2h Complaint — Remote control not working | |||||
Videocon d2h company has not resolved complaint for more than 2 weeks. My remote is not working. No engineer has called me to attend the complaint.. Call centre is hopeless. Not able to address complaints. Senior officials of customer care disconnect the phone. Many complaints registered. No escalation mechanism at customer care centre. Customer care number[protected] Due to poor service i have kept account renewal pending. Mental harassment. Want compensation Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dear Anil i think you should submit your customer ID or some contact details so atleast someone from the company can call you and assist you with your complaint.
