Videocon d2h Connection — Complaint on account recharge and channels display | |||||
Customer ID :[protected] Customer Name : SANKAR . I recharged my account with Rs.225 on May 28, 2016 based on plan mentioned in Videocon D2h website. South Silver = Flexi Pack ( `99/- p.m.) + South Silver Lite TopUp ( `96/- p.m.) + GEC TopUp (` 30/- p.m.)(p.m. corresponds to 30 days) = ` 225/-p.m. I am using videocon d2h connection for the past 2 months from April 2016. While installation they said channels will be free for one month. I was not informed about extra charge for hd channels. I got a message as account expiring on June 12, 2016 which comes only 15 days from date of recharge. I made a call to customer service[protected] on June 6, 2016 and told them about the issue. They at once removed the hd channels from display list and I got only tamil channels in my tv screen. For 30 days Expiry due date change to June 26, 2016 they said they need to check and inform. Now today June 20, 2016 morning they disconnected the channels from display. I made calls to above toll free no and said prior information was not given regarding balance deduction for hd channels and 3 mails have been sent to [protected]@d2h.com but no reply received regarding 30 days due date but they simply disconnect the calls which is atrocious. I have already told them if the expiry date is not changed to 30 days I will never opt to Videocon D2h in future. I am totally disappointed for cheating a genuine customer like me.
