My customer id is[protected]. My name is jivakkumar khandare but my name and address are wrongly mentioned on account details of videocon as j advocate insted of jivakkumar khandare. So i sent email to the videocon d2h, but they replay me as follows;-

We would like to inform you that we regret to show our in feasibility to process your request regarding "name change" in our records as it is a case of transfer of ownership.
Further, we request you to provide the below mentioned documents for ownership change.
• photo identity proof of new and old customer (Scan copy).
• address proof of the new and old customer (Scan copy).
• no objection certificate from existing and new customer (Format attached).

In fact i bought the product as new. Also the shopkeeper asked me for rs. 1600/- which i was paid. The entire seal product is installed at my home. Because of that, i don't know if i am the second owner of the product. Also, i don't know who was the first owner of the product i bought was. Currently, the product is installed in my house and i am doing all the recharges. Therefore, the product should be mentioned in my name and on my address.
So plz made correction as per documents provided by me to the videocon d2h on their email [protected]@d2h.com
