[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Crackling Audio

Over a few weeks, we observe a terrible crackling noise in all the channels, including HD. Despite my multiple complaints to the customer support, they force me to check the connectivity often, which I found to be good always. Further, since my default language is saved as Telugu as native selection without my choice, the support team is reluctant to respond me if I talk in English - I had to explain them the problem with my limited mimicry capabilities...
