Videocon D2H — customer care

Sir from last five days i am trying to contact team leader or escalation person of videocon d2h but customer care lady always stuck only one sentence "sorry you try after some time" and now 5 days whenever i contact same answer and their system are updating. Seems customer care representative are working from home and why they unable to answer immediately disconnect.

Original issue is.. I unable to recharge account id[protected] and getting error.. Your plan is not migrated..
