Videocon d2h Customer Care — relocation of d2h from 10 km not done from 10 days | |||||
Hi I am a user of videocon d2h services from 1and half years and i am very unhappy with the services. I am recently shifted from secunderabad to sainikpuri, which is 10 km. I raised a complaint for relocation on 24th april and tilll date it is not solved. I keep on calling the customer care every day and they are very rude in talking and not responding properly. Each day they saying that in 8 hours, but it looks to be a never ending story. Inspite of many bad reviews against videocon d2h, i have opted for this and i am paying for it.
