Videocon D2H — customer care worst services and also not following trai rules | |
My subscriber id is[protected]. I am trying to call customer care no many times but maximum time didn't connected or if connected than server down problem by representative or one time their senior representative cut the phone without listening complaint. And also i selected channels as per trai and also recharge as per plan but started other channels and don't provide selected channels.
