    Sir, I had been used Videocon d2h service from 2013 to may 2015 but due to my shifting, and personal problem I couldn't used this service till mar 2019, but Now I want to use this service, so I recharged Rs 300 on my customer id[protected] on[protected], but I couldn't get the service till now . I called customer service approx 10 times, and also registered many complaints against it, but no results.

        Dear sir / ma'am,
        We have d2h connection of videocon d2h, customer id is[protected]. On 10 April, we have recharged for which the end of subscription date is 19 april, but on 14 april they are displaying that for insufficient balance it is discontinued. Customer care exec told that the engineer has charged rs. 200 that is deducted but we had already paid the charge to the engineer when he has visited our home for servicing. This is totally fraud case done by the d2h service provider. Why the customer has to suffer if we had already recharged our connection.

          I'm unable to deactivate jyotish duniya and starworld premier hd even though i don't want them.

          I had starworld hd till a week ago. Then one day it suddenly stopped and starworld premier he go
          Ot activated on it's own.

          Why call it mera wala pack when it is someone else's pack? Either d, 2h infinity app is not working or some spirits are haunting d2h that secretly activate unwanted channels.

          Please activate starworld hd immediately and deactivate the other two.

            I selected starworld hd many times but each time star world premier hd gets automatically selected. Customer care never responds. What shall I do?
            Earlier a lot of expensive gemini channels creeped into my package even though I never selected them.

            2 I'm also forced to pay huge. Fee for jyotish duniya which I don't want. It is forced on subscribers.
            It costs 40 . Inface my total package costs just 200. But I'm forced to pay 200 extra as dakshina to d, 2h and trai.
            Either make the channel selection foolproof or don't do it at all. Unsuspecting viewers are being tricked into watching unwanted channels while customer care never responds. Very convenient!!

              Dear sir, i had recharge and setup my package as per trai norms, but d2h cheated and resolve my problem of service previous show e16- 4 now it's e100-4 and. Only said wait for 10 min they just looting to customer. Not yet get solution and not able see any channel except promotion loksabha tv, namo tv.. I had wasted many days with customer care even mail cc to nodal officer but not yet resolve after 7 days of recharge. So please try to raise same and save customers.

                I am extremely disturbed with the pathetic service of your customer care department.
                I have been a hd customer for more than 6years with 2 connections at home and always paid for annual packages in advance.
                Somehow without informing me my package, which is paid for the year in advance was changed and now after many calls and even online registration for the platinum hd pack on both tvs i am only getting sd on one of them.
                D2h had no right to change my package on their own without intimating me. The trai regulations are clear that its the consumers choice and not the service providers.
                I request you to organize a call to me from your customer care so that my problem is addressed immediately.
                Failing an immediate redressal of grievances from your side may creat lot of issues

                  Have been using d2h service from long time but once i changed my plan i am not getting any channels not only the free channels but also the paid once too. However i had complained about the service to d2h, on the contrary they are saying the issue is not from there end. They would have to send an engineer to my house and for that they would be charging an amount of Rs200 to fix my problem. Point is since i relocated my d2h i am constantly having issues and everytime time i have to pay them to fix. Everytime its a technical issue and thwy have to send an engineer. Now i am completely fed up paying them to fix problems everytime. According to them i had also changed my dish too for which i paid them Rs750 plus engineer charges extra of Rs400.Things are out of my hands and thats why i am complaining i cannot pay everything ime. I am already paying for paid services and i am not getting my paid channels too. Even after paying if i am not getting any services then why should i pay for anything. Please kindly get my issue resolved

                      I am not able to contact the customer care, i had tried several time but they don't respond.
                      Then i have recharged my connection for 1000 rupees but they activated randomly.
                      Most of the chennals are missing.

                        Please note as per trai order i had selected channels and paid rs. 285/- for recharge of my service. I found my service is disconnected without any reason. There is no response to d2h consumer forum site. The customer care numbers are found not responding. I have forwarded mails in this regard to company.
                        A very poor service and response from the company.
                        If the d2h do not wish to provide service even after charging, please force company to return all my expenses paid towards installation and unit cost.

                          Hi,

                          I've contacted Videocon d2h through sms, email, call on their customer care number and even a visit by my father, who is 71, to their local office. No resolution to the problem yet. We have four connections and over INR 12, 000/- still left in balance since we pay annual fees for Platinum Package for all four connections. Since last four days all services have been discontinued by them. I've even gone online and changed the package again to Platinum and even received an acknowledgement display, but the account still shows some a la carte channels that we don't want. It's been five days and still no resolution. They don't reply to mails, don't call back, don't react to sms feature which they've only put up on blank screens. I would change the service provider completely, had a not made all those payments. I can't afford to have over 12, 000/- go to waste. Please help.

                            Videocon d2h is not displaying tariffs for its own channels i. E. Movies etc when i subscribed it says it has a lock in period of one month which amounts to unfair trade practice on their part as they are not allowimng to unsubscribe it as per my wish. They are cheaters they want you to subscribe but no choice as to unsubscribe as per our wish (Which other operators allow). They are violating trai guidelines hence strict legal action should be taken against them.

                                Hello sir/ madam
                                I am videocon d2h customer for last 3 to 4 years.
                                My customer I'd no is[protected].
                                I always do an annual package subscription of new diamond pack which covers most of the channels.
                                Last year in June I called customer care no and check whether all the channels Will be seen they confirm yes then I recharged for an year which will end on 04/08/2019.
                                But in the month of Nov my ten packages were removed saying TRAI had made changes.
                                Now on 6th April some of my Marathi channels are removed saying it is as per TRAI rules.
                                So I am fed of both TRAI rules and service provider. Not a single intimation has been given before removing my channels.
                                Am fed up of service.
                                Please look into the matter ASAP.

                                  Dear trai,

                                  I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[56154800]. Since from last3 to 4 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes automatically deactivation of channels, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                                  I have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month from jan till now. Also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again.
                                  I have 2 set top boxes (Mirror set top box) and i have recharge it in every month but still i am not able to see all channels which i have selected under the trai rule.
                                  I called many times but they are saying that we are working on migration so you need to take add-on for that... Means i need to pay more for that channels but i have already paid amount for all channels.
                                  Every time they are avoiding.
                                  I tried many to call them but their customer care number is not getting connected and this happen most of the time.
                                  As it's happening again and again i request you to intervene & provide resolution.
                                  Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

                                  Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                                  I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                                    I am trying to call customer care no many times but maximum time didn't connected or if connected than server down problem by representative or one time their senior representative cut the phone without listening complaint.
                                    And also i selected channels as per trai and also recharge as per plan but started other channels and don't provide selected channels.
                                    Worst service provider so don't take connection from videocon d2h.
                                    Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Mera videocon d2h set top box on nahi ho raha hai. agar on horaha hai to 1 ghanta ke bad ho raha hai. to mujhe ab replace karna hai. kitna charges lagega aur process bataye. koi toll free number nahi kam kar raha. please help.

                                      I have d2h hd box and till date I'm availing hd services for few channels. So I wanted to subscribe for few other HD Channels and that's why I called Videocon d2h CUSTOMER CARE.post that I faced below issue.
                                      1) I was waiting on call for more than 10 mins for availability of agent.
                                      2) even I m availing HD channels I'm getting response from agent saying that your box is not HD compatible
                                      3) activation and deactivation of channels without confirmation from my side.

                                      Totally worst experience I'm having with Videocon due to ### services.

                                        On 17th march 2019 i chose our choice of channel on the set top box where we had to check mark the channel we wish to view and send an sms text message to 566777 as instructed by videocon information brosdcasting, which we did. We waited for a couple of days nothing happened. We wrote an e-mail to videocon customer care informing the issue. We received a reply to our e-mail to keep the set top box switched on. We did for more than two days continuously on, day and night but the choice of our channels was still blocked. I tried calling the customer care who have careless attitude, out of 10 calls only 2 went through. The first customer care individual suggests that i call after 1/2 hour as their server is down. The second call which went through after an hour is once again asking for 1/2 hour time for which i protested and asked him to transfer the call to his manager he disconnected the call. I have now sent an e-mail to videocon d2h to refund my money as on 17th march 2019, no reply. I sent an e-mail complaint to nodal officer no reply, i sent an e-mail to the ceo of d2h no reply. The e-mail has been copied to customer care too on all interactions. Inspite of ceo being informed no action from them what so ever. They are least bothered including the nodal officer and the ceo, it is foolish of me to expect service or reply from the down the lane people at d2h. Now they are not responding to my e-mails nor phone calls.
