Dear Sir, I will use the videocon d2h service since more then 3 years. each & every month i will face the many problems with set up box & dish also. mostly I will repair it with local cable operator with minimum charge or free (the cable operator charge is Rs. 20 to 50 Maximum). Today my set up box is not working. then I will call the videocon d2h customer care centre and they will reply me you have charged Rs. 150 & other charges will be extra. how ridicules this answer... because I will never use the local cable service therefore their service man will many times repair the D2H many times at free of cost. and I will face always set up box & dish also. they will give the poor Quality Set up Box & Dish. they will never give the yearly free service. when you will buy it, you have start the face the problems. videocon d2h have poor customer service. they will never give the satisfied answer. at-least yearly one service free is customer requirement. but they will never seen your problems. they will want only service charge & money. I will never recommended Videocon D2h to any other. never buy the videocon d2h it is so poor quality of Set Up Box, Dish & Customer Care Dept. they will never provide you at-least yearly one free service or better quality. Please be informed that currently your D2H product is out of warranty and complaint for the same has been registered as per your request. Further we have taken a note that D2H product related issue has been resolved and service charges are applicable for the same as per service policy.
Also please be noted that D2H product with smart card number [protected] is out of warranty.
