[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Customer not behave properly / without any reason deducting money | |||
Dear Team, We got issue with video con D2H some channel came and some channel not came.on 5th July 2016 i talked with customer care this is issue we are facing. Then they told engineer need to check. Today morning engineer came we told this is the issue then he told issue with transporter and it will be cost around Rs.225 then 200 for service charge.the i told most of time we are facing issue before 6monyh i replaced new device so why this problem happening so i request for extended warranty other wise deactivate my service. then engineer and his manager by phone he told take extended warranty and don't pay for this service and after taking extended warranty engineer will come and replace new transporter. Then he told for today he has not done anything he will not charge any money. but now we received your account deducted Rs.200 and deactivated.then i contact your customer service they have not not behave properly and also i asked what engineer has done in my home you have tracking then they told no only you deny to pay money. i am really very disappointing for this kind of behavior and service.i ask also to whom we will contact for solution they told we don't know .
