Dear sir my name is vedant kawle i am using videcon d2h setup box but from past 6 days i am facing problem of something in setup box and i am trying to contact as well on customer care number from last 6 days but no one is care about it!! They don't bother for there valuable customer! They treated so bad and they are making false commitment from last 6 days and i am facing problem.

Updated by Vedant Kawale Yesterday I HV sopken to senior guy and his name was Amit shety ( senior executive ) but he said wait for 72 hr more it's kind of joke these ppl are making I called him so many times on this nub but still not answering .
