Videocon D2H — d2h customer id[protected] did not provide connection after taking money | |||
Respected sir / madam, This email is in regards to my refund from videocon d2h. I had requested for a new connection via the d2h website on 18th sept 2019 and paid rs. 1799 /-. I received a message from d2h stating that a work order[protected] has been created and a technician will contact me soon for the installation. The technician never called up and after multiple follow up i was informed that d2h cannot provide a new connection for me as there is a “local cable operator” issue in my area and cancelled my work order. Since then i have been chasing the customer care seeking refund of my money but o[censored]se and it has been more than 2 weeks and i have not been refunded the amount that i have paid online. I have now lodged a complaint with national consumer helpline and the complain number is 1648105. I am attaching a copy of the payment that i made and also the screenshot of all the complaint numbers that was provided by your team. Ps note - the customer care has also blocked my phone number and now i am not even able to contact your team for status of my refund. This is a great example of cheating.
