After TRAI new orders I have selected channel on videocon d2h, but customer services are not responding. All things including website, Customer Care Service suddenly stopped. Even recharged twice almost 620Rs have been spend on recharge. But account info is not updated. Don't know what to do next.

It's been more than 60 days that I am trying to reach Videocon D2H, it has become a hectic task the lines are never connected and the ones which get connected always mentions this has been connected to other department, this does not solves any purpose.
As of today my account has a balance of 525.63 and it has been diminishing since yesterday. Earlier it was 555.
Still my box shows insufficient balance despite having a balance of 525 rupees. The website does not answer my queries and call centre number is below standards. It is absolutely shocking the way d2H is solving this task.
