[Resolved] Videocon D2H — d2h magic stick is not delivered

I was order a d2h magic stick on 13 December and today is 23 December but it is not delivered. 10 days was goen but no dispatch details and tracking number send me from d2h end. I send 2 mails daily to d2h but they donot response his customer care number have no information regarding this order. D2h donot work on customer satisfaction his customer service donot know anything. So i suggest to all don't take connection of d2h.my customer is I'd is[protected] and my contact number is [protected]
