I am a subscriber of videocon d2h services and was using the diamond package. My subscription was ending on jan 19 and submitted a list of channels i wanted to subscribe on jan 19 itself. I got a message saying i will be contacted shortly. However, no one contacted me and my services were terminated on jan20. I recharged my account for a week hoping that someone will contact me. Still i was not contacted and therefore i renewed my earlier package for an year.
On feb 3, suddenly more than 50% pf the channels covered under my subscription were blocked. I was able to connect to their customer care number only after 2 days and was informed that all the channels covered in my subscription will start working in about 5 hours time as their was some back-end problem. However till date none of the channels are working. Their customer care numbers (Both mobile and toll free) are unreachable, their website is not working, and i am completely lost as to what i should do. Was this information helpful? |
