[Resolved] Videocon D2H — D2h tv - communicated as free of charge service | |||
Dear sir, This week we had a problem, the some channels are not working and many time no signal problem, so we called the customer care, after long argument with the customer care they accepted to send the engineer for a free service, when the service person arrived here he did just updating the software in the stb box, thats what he did and then the box started working good. When i told them this is was communicated as free of charge service.. I paid 170 rupees to d2h service engineer. Why should a customer pay for the mistakes of the company. Please do the needful.
